- Regularly report recruitment activities and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Build client relationships by contacting HR professionals from various companies to secure new partnerships.
- Post job requirements on social platforms and portals, ensuring proper record maintenance.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and feedback stages.
- Utilize internal dashboards effectively and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

**Selection Process**:

- Initial telephonic interview round.
- Three video interviews with senior recruiters.
- Salary discussion rounds.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Prior experience in an HR internship.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of profit and loss concepts.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
