**Job Location : Infopark, Cochin**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify customer requirements and help customers via Live Chat.
- Update our internal databases with information for follow up and other useful discussions.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Inform customers about our products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

**Requirements and skills**
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as a Customer Support Specialist or Live chat experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce industry is a plus.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
