**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Business / Commerce or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in client handling / account management (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reports and presentations.**:
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to dynamic business needs.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term trust and engagement.
- Conduct regular calls with business owners to track strategy execution.
- Spot execution gaps or delays and help clients with solutions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth workflows.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to drive satisfaction.
- Take ownership of accounts with proactive follow-ups and performance tracking.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and success goals
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
