A **Customer Support Executive** in a firm acts as a bridge between the firm and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience by providing timely assistance, resolving queries, and offering guidance on the firm's products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial markets and securities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Assistance**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about securities, stock trading, mutual funds, and other investment options.
- **Account Management**:

- Assist clients with account setup, documentation, KYC compliance, and account modifications.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to transactions, account balances, or statements.
- **Trade Support**:

- Offer support during trading hours, including order placement, cancellations, and modifications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms or mobile apps.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical or operational challenges faced by clients.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of client interactions and escalate critical issues to relevant departments.
- Ensure all interactions and advice are compliant with regulatory and company policies.
- **Education and Guidance**:

- Provide clients with market updates, insights, and guidance to make informed investment decisions.
- Educate clients on the firm’s tools, platforms, and resources for effective trading and portfolio management.
- **Upselling and Retention**:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products based on clients' needs.
- Build lasting relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer support, preferably in the financial services or securities industry (Freshers can also apply).
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with trading platforms, financial instruments, and stock market operations.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
