**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally, addressing questions about online share trading, mutual funds, and other securities-related services.
- Assist clients with basic account inquiries, transaction details, and product information.
- Provide support to customers in navigating the online trading platform and executing simple transactions.
- Build positive rapport with clients through clear communication and active listening.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and excellent service standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Freshers welcome; any internship or part-time experience in customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Interest in telecalling and customer relationship building.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in financial markets, securities, and mutual funds.
- Ability to quickly learn about online trading and financial products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
