**Required Skills and Qualification**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
