This role is for a Wealth Growth Specialist who will focus on asset accumulation and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at acquiring new clients, increasing wallet share, and driving revenue across a diverse range of investment products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Gathering: Responsible for gathering assets for various investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIF, Corporate FD, Investiger, SGB, Insurance, and other products as introduced.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve Net Equalized Assets collected (LS) targets for the mapped client book.
  • New Business Development: Create an incremental SIP Book and achieve new business development targets by reactivating or activating new clients.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure all clients are met on a regular basis and maintain strong connections with all mapped asset clients of the branch.
  • Revenue Growth: Increase the Assets Under Management (AUM), SIP Flow, and Revenue from the mapped book.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new clients and activate them with asset collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also have a deep understanding of investment products and services, as well as the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
