  • We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on managing banking and investment relationships, driving overall growth of liabilities and investment business from branch and retail customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding customer relationships by providing exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations in key customer segments.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential, growing business volumes to increase share of customer wallet, and generating incremental business.
  • Another critical aspect is achieving sales targets across various products including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments, and other offerings.
  • Additionally, the role involves increasing CASA balance in the allocated portfolio through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new customers.
  • Prospecting and acquiring new NRI customers through multiple channels, including referrals, networking, and digital platforms, is also essential.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with NRI clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions is crucial.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on NRI banking products and services such as NRE/NRO accounts, remittances, investments, and wealth management solutions is vital.
