
High Net Worth Relationship Specialist

Wealth Relationship Managers are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow the liabilities and investment business.
- The ideal candidate will manage the banking and investments relationship of clients, drive revenue growth, and expand customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- They will identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, develop strategic plans to deepen client relationships, and achieve sales targets across various products.
Responsibilities
- Manage banking and investments relationships with HNI/NRI clients to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships, increase wallet share, and drive product penetration.
- Ensure portfolio quality through regular engagement with clients, maintaining desired relationship values, and proposing suitable investment options.
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNIs/NRIs through careful analysis of customer needs and proposing relevant products.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of banking and investments products, including mutual funds, insurance, and retail assets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
