Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and engaging content across various social media platforms.

**Requirements**:
1) Proven work experience in social media marketing.

2) Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.

3) Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5) Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content across social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, user engagement, and brand mentions, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative and compelling social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, including audience targeting and optimization

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

- Digital marketing (preferred)
