**About Us**:

We are seeking a **Social Media Executive** with a strong focus on **advertising** through **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads**. If you have a passion for social media advertising and a proven track record in managing ad campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for Bray Consultants and our clients, with a primary focus on running successful advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness and drive traffic through paid advertising on **Meta Ads** (Facebook, Instagram) and **Google Ads**.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, optimize for performance, and ensure high return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and other social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to design ad creatives that align with marketing goals.
- Stay current with the latest trends in paid advertising, social media marketing, and digital tools.
- Engage with audiences across platforms and manage social media communities to foster interaction and growth.
- Assist with organic content creation and posting when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience specifically in running **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns.
- Proven ability to create, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance analysis (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
- Proficiency in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a focus on paid promotions.
- Strong content creation skills for ad visuals and copy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
