Job Title:

Account Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales targets for Loan Against Property through open market sourcing.
  • Identify and acquire new customers via field visits, referrals, and channel partner networks.
  • Maintain strong business relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand loan requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
  • Ensure timely document collection and verification in line with internal norms and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for faster and compliant application processing.
  • Provide accurate updates on leads and conversions in sales tracking systems.
Candidate Profile:
  • 1–4 years experience in Home Loan / LAP sales (essential).
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales role.
