Operational Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the daily operations of our branches. This role requires an individual who can drive sales growth, foster team productivity, and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze key performance metrics. They will also be responsible for forecasting revenue, developing action plans, and ensuring sales targets are met.
A successful Branch Manager will have a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. They will provide training and development opportunities, while maintaining open communication channels with team members.
