E-commerce Services Provider Telecaller
**Position**: Telesales (E-commerce Services Provider)
**Location**: Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 8K to 20K +Incentive
**Working Hours**: In Winter
- 10 to 6.30, In Summer
- 9.30 to 6.30
**Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller at [Company Name], you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our e-commerce services, and driving sales conversions. You will also be involved in customer support, helping resolve inquiries and providing product information over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads, introducing the company’s e-commerce services, including online store management, digital marketing, logistics support, and customer service solutions.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities. Gather essential information from customers to understand their needs and pitch the right solutions.
- **Sales & Upselling**:
Promote various packages or service bundles to increase the company’s customer base and revenue. Upsell additional services based on customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients. Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**:
Respond to customer queries about services, packages, pricing, and process details. Address issues effectively and professionally.
- **Data Management**:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or relevant databases. Update customer details and track sales progress.
- **Target Achievement**:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, sales goals, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:
Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. Ability to clearly explain complex services in simple terms.
- **Sales-Driven**:
Ability to drive sales and meet targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. Prior experience in sales or telecalling is a plus.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:
A problem-solver who is patient and listens attentively to customer concerns and needs. Demonstrate empathy and understanding to ensure positive client relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and customer queries simultaneously.
- **Familiarity with CRM Software**:
Experience in tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and recording customer interactions is preferred.
- **Adaptability**:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes in customer preferences and industry trends.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) is a plus.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls related to services or products.
