**Shuru App is hiring Telesales Executive for Mansarovar, Jaipur location**

1y+ experience | E-commerce sales | Day shift | Fluent English

**Salary**: Rs. 20,000 - 22,000/- per month

**What you will be doing**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and feedback and note useful information

**What we would like to see in you**:

- Graduate with a Minimum 1-year e-commerce sales experience preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Resolves seller's complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Helps to set up US based shop or accounts, obtains leads through various sources like internet surfing or by cold calling in different markets or locality
- Establish new US accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential sellers
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills

**Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
