Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing campaigns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and be able to explain features and benefits to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders and provide accurate information about delivery times and order status.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to close sales effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
