**E-Commerce Executive - Jewelry**

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team and drive online sales for our prestigious jewellery brand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Platform Management:

- Oversee and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement website enhancements, new features, and functionality improvements.
- Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior data to identify areas for optimization and growth.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the jewelry industry.

3. Online Merchandising and Product Management:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure compelling and accurate product presentations on the e-commerce platform.
- Manage product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
- Identify and implement strategies to promote best-selling products and enhance cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

4. Customer Experience Optimization:

- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and behaviour data to identify areas for improvement in the online shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance website navigation, checkout processes, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to online orders.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate e-commerce performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize e-commerce strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and online merchandising, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and web analytics software.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices related to online jewellery sales.
- Creativity and a passion for digital innovation, with a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
