Job description for an E-commerce Executive might include:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage online sales activities on various e-commerce platforms.

2. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.

3. Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales.

5. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility online.

6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

7. Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce.

9. Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform and troubleshoot any technical issues.

10. Assist in the development of e-commerce budgets and forecasts.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.

3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa etc.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

7. Familiarity with SEO principles and online marketing strategies.

8. Knowledge of online payment gateways and security protocols.

9. Prior experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
