We are looking for an energetic Tele sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. Your main role will be to reach out to potential customers by phone, explain our products, and close sales. If you enjoy talking to people and have good communication skills, this role is for you

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to new and existing customers to introduce our products.
- Answer customer questions and offer solutions based on their needs.
- Keep records of customer information and sales in our system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with their purchase.
- Work with other teams to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tele sales or any sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both the language Hindi & English.
- Comfortable working with targets and goals.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online sales.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

**Eligible Criteria**:

- Pursuing graduation or graduated.
- Have a experience in Telesales.
- Good Communication skill.

**Timing
- 9:30am to 6:30pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
