**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Telecaller / Sales Executive** who will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting them into paying customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our e-commerce services.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable service packages.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
- Handle basic objections and queries from potential customers professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing domain.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
- Ability to understand and explain digital/e-commerce concepts to non-technical clients.
- Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., is preferred.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
