About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Support administration of the yearly talent review and succession planning process which includes sending communications, updating presentations and reports, and tracking process activities.
- Assist in communications and engagement projects and activities to drive GBT's culture
- Draft employee communications relating to Talent initiatives for publishing on corporate intranet
- Support all facet of Talent Acquisition, including but not limited to: sourcing, scheduling, offer generation and onboarding support.
- Processing and tracking of all background checks and I-9 documents to ensure a compliant onboarding process.
- Lead and support with ad hoc projects such as job description audits, competency interviewing assessments, talent analytics reporting, and virtual workshop facilitations.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management experience.
- Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skills - able to plan, prioritize, respond and adapt proactively to changing deadlines and demands; strong sense of urgency and ability to drive others toward meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability - ability to analyze data and identify trends; leverage quantitative metrics, and process management discipline and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - articulate and able to communicate with all levels through various communication channels.
- Technologically savvy - able to quickly learn new systems and complete administrative tasks with accuracy; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team player - open and candid communication style; willing and able to provide feedback, appropriately challenge thinking and actions.
- Workday system experience highly preferred
