**About the position**: We are looking for a passionate young marketing associate who would like to make his mark in two of the most coveted corporate verticals - Software and Marketing. We are searching for a bright, self-motivated and goal driven marketing associate to supercharge our planning and marketing activities. This role will involve taking charge of Competitive research, Digital marketing, Customer engagement on social media, Preparation of marketing material, Marketing campaigns (online, print), as well as reaching out to potential clients and closing deals. This job is completely an office based desk job. There will be no on-field activities. Training will be provided for the above mentioned activities. **Job Role**:

- Lead generation-Generating lists of potential respondents as per project requirement through secondary search
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects main points and determine how codebox will speak to those needs.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Follow through on qualified leads from internal lead generation programs
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
- Preparing presentations and engaging in business meetings with prospective clients
- Coordinate all leads, prospects and opportunities, including regular updating and reporting

**Minimum Qualifications and Desired Skills**:

- Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to find the best solution.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- You have demonstrated excellence in customer acquisition.
- You are a self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn't need a lot of oversight simple terms and adapt your tone to different users
- Comfortable giving presentations to groups of any size
- Need great interest in internet surfing.
- No Experience needed
- Bachelors degree in any field/MBA
