**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Content and Graphic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content and Graphic Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content and visually appealing marketing materials. This Associate-ship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, and marketing strategy. **Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and on-brand graphic designs for marketing materials, such as Infographics, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research to gather information and data for content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the creation and editing of video content, including video scripts, storyboards, and basic video editing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development or sales, to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design and content trends.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to translate ideas into compelling and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Basic video editing skills and knowledge of video creation tools and software is a plus.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with the brand identity.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for keeping up with design and content trends.
