Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Associate located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information in databases while generating reports as needed. The Data Entry Associate will also be responsible for administrative tasks, communicating with team members or clients as required, and providing assistance to ensure smooth workflow processes. Some work-from-home flexibility is acceptable for this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service
  • Strong Computer Literacy and Typing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to changing workflows
  • Prior experience in data entry roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in relevant fields is a benefit
