- Fluency in English and Hindi with strong communication skills is essential.

Eligibility Criteria:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- **Languages**: Fluent in English and Hindi (No MTI/RTI)

**Skills Required**:

- Confident verbal and written communication
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell and upsell services or products
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries across multiple channels (Voice and Chat)
- Provide accurate product or service information
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant services/products
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support
- Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain adherence to process guidelines and compliance standards

Selection Process:

- Versant Test (Minimum Score: 5 required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
