**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product/service queries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 0-1 year of customer service or call center experience (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use customer support software or CRM tools.
- Active listening skills and a calm, empathetic approach to customer handling.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with strong communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,580.09 - ₹20,520.75 per month
