**Key Responsibilities**:
**Speaker Sourcing and Acquisition**:

- Research and identify potential speakers, including thought leaders, industry experts, and high-profile individuals that align with the goals of the event or organization.
- Actively scout new and emerging talent and diverse voices to enhance the range of speaker offerings.

**Outreach and Engagement**:

- Initiate and manage communications with potential speakers to gauge interest and availability for Conference.
- Develop customized pitches to attract high-level speakers and persuade them to participate in our events.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers and speakers.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with organizing Conference.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
