**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market and competitive research for international markets (UK, US, Europe)
- Develop compelling conference topics and agendas that meet business and market demand
- Identify and validate timely, relevant themes through outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Secure high-level speakers, including C-suite executives, researchers, and policymakers
- Manage speaker relationships and contracts, ensuring smooth communication and logistics
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align messaging and event delivery
- Ensure all production timelines are met and the event delivers strong commercial outcomes
- Liaise with global trade bodies and associations to enhance brand credibility and reach
- Engage with speakers and delegates post-event to capture feedback and identify future opportunities
