**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & Execution**:

- **Own the event lifecycle** from **ideation to execution**, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Develop high-impact **conference agendas, concept notes, speaker line-ups, and discussion topics**.
- Oversee the **event flow, panel structures, and emcee scripting** for a well-structured audience experience.
- Manage **A/V production, branding, logistics, and technical execution** to maintain premium event quality.

**Content & Thought Leadership**:

- Conduct **industry research** to create compelling event themes, discussion points, and award categories.
- Recruit and engage **C-level real estate leaders, investors, and key decision-makers** as speakers, panelists, and jury members.
- Develop structured content strategies to **drive engagement and participation from key stakeholders**.

**Marketing, Audience Growth & KPI Tracking**:

- **Define and track key event performance metrics (KPIs)**, including attendee numbers, sponsorship revenue, engagement levels, and post-event impact.
- Develop and execute **data-driven audience acquisition strategies** to attract top industry professionals.
- Create engaging marketing content to **drive ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships**.

**Partnerships & Business Development**:

- Identify and secure **high-value sponsorships, media partnerships, and industry collaborations**.
- Foster long-term relationships with **developers, PropTech startups, investors, and top decision-makers**.
- Maximize event monetization by **securing premium exhibitors and sponsorship deals**.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with **tech, editorial, design, sales, vendors, and agencies** to ensure flawless event execution.
- Lead post-event analysis, including **performance reports and audience engagement insights**.

**Must-Have Qualifications & Skills**:
✔ **5+ years of proven experience as a Conference Producer in the real estate events industry.**
✔ Strong **KPI-driven approach** with a **track record of successful event execution, sponsorship revenue, and audience growth**.
✔ **Ability to recruit and engage top industry leaders** as speakers, panelists, and jury members.
✔ Proven expertise in **event marketing, branding, and audience acquisition strategies**.
✔ Experience in handling **event partnerships, sponsorship acquisitions, and media tie-ups**.
✔ **Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills**.
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field**.
✔ Highly **proactive, analytical, and results-driven**.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
