**Area Sales Executive (B2C Sales - Gas Safety Device)**
**Position**: Area Sales Executive
**Location**: Multiple Locations PATNA
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-based)
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Area Sales Executives** to sell our **Gas Safety Device** directly to customers. The role involves visiting potential customers **door-to-door**, setting up stalls in markets or residential areas, and using other offline methods to promote and sell the product.
This is a high-energy role that requires excellent **persuasion skills, product knowledge, and field sales expertise** to convince customers of the importance of our gas safety device in ensuring home safety.
**Roles and Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Interaction**
- Visit **residential areas, apartments, societies, markets**, and other public places to generate sales.
- Educate customers about the **importance of gas safety** and how the device can prevent accidents.
- Conduct **demonstrations** to showcase the product’s effectiveness and build customer trust.
- Convince potential customers to purchase the product **on the spot**.
- Set up **stalls in markets, residential colonies, malls, and exhibitions** to generate leads and sales.
**2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups**
- Identify potential customers and **generate sales leads** through field visits and referrals.
- Maintain **a database of potential buyers** and follow up with them regularly.
- Use **word-of-mouth marketing** and encourage satisfied customers to recommend the product.
**3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**
- Meet **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets** set by the company.
- Develop new strategies to increase conversion rates and **maximize sales in assigned areas**.
- Participate in **promotional activities, events, and awareness campaigns** organized by the company.
**4. Reporting & Coordination**
- Provide **daily reports** on visits, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team and **update management on market response** and challenges.
- Give feedback on customer behavior, common objections, and ways to improve sales techniques.
**Skills & Qualifications Required:1. Essential Skills**
**Communication & Persuasion**: Ability to explain the product clearly and convince customers.
**Sales & Negotiation**: Strong skills in direct sales and handling customer objections.
**Public Speaking & Confidence**: Ability to interact with strangers and present the product confidently.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
**2. Additional Skills**
Basic knowledge of **home safety products and LPG gas usage** (training will be provided).
**Self-motivated and target-driven** mindset.
Ability to **work independently** with mínimal supervision.
Willingness to travel and work **on-field in different areas**.
**Educational Qualification & Experience**:
- **Education**: Minimum **10th/12th pass or graduate** (Any stream).
- **Experience**:
- **Freshers are welcome** if they have strong communication and sales ability.
