Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors/dealers, leading the sales team, and ensuring business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves market expansion, customer relationship management, and implementing company strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Representatives.

Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Train and guide the sales team for better productivity.

Ensure brand visibility and execution of marketing activities in the region.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/PG in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales, preferably in [industry].

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and competition.

Result-oriented with strong problem

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
