Inside Sales Representative

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert them into sales.
- Command over English and respective regional languages.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs.
- Timely route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- To inform potential customers on the various products which will facilitate sales.
- Work closely with different internal teams for successful lead conversion
- To do follow up on all positive leads to ensure leads are converted to sales
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- To maintain proper tracker and reports and share it with relevant stakeholders as and when needed.
We need someone with:
- A graduation degree from a premier institute.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Self-motivated and well organized.
- Ability to sell services solutions over call.
- Target-oriented & zeal to achieve assigned targets.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Proficient with Hindi & English.
- Proficient with any one regional language**:Marathi**, **Multilingual - (South Language i.e.:
- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam),**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
