Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales Representative located in Delhi, India. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our real estate team and potential propertybuyers/investors. Your role is to connect with leads over phone calls, build relationships, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team. You will play a crucial part in driving business growth by maintaining a strong pipeline of interested clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases, campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
  • Engage, build rapport, and establish trust with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest level, budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified buyers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction details.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads to nurture relationships until they are ready to buy.
  • Work closely with the real estate sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Trends
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills (fluent English, additional local language a plus).
  • Confident on phone, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service preferred (real estate / insurance / finance experience a bonus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
