**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hospitals and clinics to arrange medical appointments and treatment plans
- Assist patients in planning travel, accommodation, and transportation
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment, cost estimates, and itineraries
- Handle documentation such as medical records, visa support, insurance paperwork, etc.
- Provide pre-arrival and post-treatment assistance to patients
- Serve as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers
- Follow up with hospitals and patients for feedback and continued support

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in medical tourism, hospital administration, or travel coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures and healthcare systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling international clients and sensitive information

**Salary**: ₹15,000-₹40,000/month (Based on experience)
