- Intermediate (Bachelor’s Preferred)
- Basic Knowledge about Real Estate & Best Practices.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Understanding and meeting prospective client requirement.
- Determining clients need and financial ability and propose solutions that suit them
- Effectively communicate details of new properties in the market to prospective clients.
- Working actively and scheduling appointment.
- Providing assistance to prospective buyer in purchasing property for the right price and under best terms ensuring fair and honest deal.
- Maintain and stay updated regarding new real estate projects.
**Key Skills**
- Fluency in language (Odia, Hindi & English).
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Team Player
- Self-Motivated.
- Strong Sales and Negotiating Skills.
