Telesales Executive

We are looking for an experienced, customer
- oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Maintaining good relationship with customers by telephone.
Qualification and Skill Required:
Minimum Qualification
- +2
- Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure
- Fluent Odia
- At least 2 years working within a sales environment in a proactive telesales role, with proven results
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
