The Below are the Job Responsibilties of Service Co-ordinator:
Ø Ability to co-ordinate well amongst teams as well as vendors.
Ø Sensitivity to needs of the Engineers attending calls and the call centre agents.
Ø Ability to generate reports.
Ø Deliver services as per procedure/process document, if available.
Ø To log calls in the call logging tool on behalf of users if required.
Ø To ensure that on site engineers are logging all incidents in the cal logging tool and maintaining proper status of call.
Ø To provide support for usage of the call logging tool to users and on site engineers.
Ø To log calls with vendors.
Ø To follow up with on site engineers and vendors for the call closures.
Ø To maintain engineer attendance data.
Ø Provide different call reports as and when demanded by customer / PM.
Ø Create and maintain engineer shift register.
Ø Maintain all reports and forms required for different deliverables at customer site.
Ø Ensure that all NCRs/corrective actions identified in internal audits are closed.
Ø Implementation of Quality Management System at customer site/location, if applicable.
Job Criteria:
1. Good Communication Skill (English, Hindi, Marathi).
2. Have exposure to Computer basics.
3. Ability to co-ordinate well amongst teams as well as vendors.
4.Sensitivity to needs of the Engineers attending calls.
5. Preferably hasgood skills on MSOffice, may have worked on some helpdesk tools.
Education: Graduate or any Diploma

JOB DESCRIPTION: SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
Responsible for handling all service calls received from customers, assigning service calls to technicians, verification of field service reports & following up and closing service calls.Will be directly responsible to ensure customer satisfaction.
Log calls in the CRM/ Allocate calls/ Close the calls in the CRM/ Escalate unclosed calls/ Follow up for monthly service call/ Follow up for AMC sales and payments.
Good communications skills in English and one regional language.
Proficiency in MS excel and MS Word/ MIS Reports on Excel.
Minimum experience - 3 years.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
