Reviewing, and drafting a variety of agreements - mark up and spotting inconsistencies
- Software License agreements
- Master Service agreements
- Managed Service agreements
- Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Reviewing proposals and tender responses
- Work on continuous improvement of standard form agreements and contract templates
- Aid in risk assessment of contractual terms and conditions along with Commercial Manager
- Generating Contract Approval Forms to enable governance sign off for new contract signatures
- Generating Contract Briefing documents, to support contract compliance
- Providing information and maintaining contract records and contract repository
- Working independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment
- Escalating unresolved issues to line Manager
- Review existing process and recommend improvements as required.
- Conduct Regular Quality Reviews on the Contract Documents as per requirement.
- Conduct Quality Review meetings, Root Cause Analysis and drive quality improvements for the team.
- Review the Master Agreement to ensure it is valid for the current transaction and meets standards
- Receive and Review customer-executed documents, route for appropriate internal signature and submit
