**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycles, accessories, and services.
- **Lead Sales Team**: Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to optimize performance and maximize sales revenue.
- **Recruitment and Training**: Recruit, train, and onboard new sales personnel. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of motorcycles, accessories, and spare parts. Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic to the showroom and increase brand awareness.
- **Compliance and Quality Standards**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Uphold the brand image and reputation of Annaimotors Royal Enfield at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Royal Enfield brand and products.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid motorcycle license (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
