Sales and Mfg Operations Intern

**About Us**:
3D Iron Technologies is an innovative, early-stage manufacturing startup specializing in precision engineering. We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development and Operations Analyst Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and operational scaling in the manufacturing industry.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Request for Quotations (RFQs) and business inquiries.
- Identify and engage potential vendors, handling cold calls, explaining manufacturing requirements, and collecting quotations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of government contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
- Provide executive support to the CEO and COO, including sales analytics, client presentations, and database management.
- Manage various operational functions, including supplier management and the coordination of manufacturing activities.
- Support weekly and monthly sales targets, actively participating in driving new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
- Experience in B2B sales, negotiations, and data collection is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and operations is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹8,671.65 - ₹12,990.22 per month
