**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely resolution of any issues.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our saree products, including details about fabric, fit, design features (especially the unique pockets), and care instructions. Use this knowledge to educate and advise customers.
- **Feedback Handling**: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions. Work with the team to address recurring issues and identify opportunities for improving our products and services.
- **Troubleshooting**: Resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and effectively, striving to turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system. Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality and care.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service. Participate in regular meetings to discuss service improvements and updates.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
