We are looking for Helpdesk Executive with 0-2 years of experience who can manage both User queries and provide required information independently. One who is willing to work in the start-up culture and take challenges to make a difference in mutual growth & development to achieve its social impact in the health sector. The important roles to perform are:
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques and resolve the tickets raised with the Tech team's help.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent service to the users
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep updated with the latest platform features and courses and provide relevant information to the users when needed
- Follow-up with users on the required information
- Keep a record of tickets/queries and their resolution
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Multitask between Support Services like Whatsapp and FreshChat.
**Qualification & Skills**
- Any Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1/2 years’ experience as a Help Desk Specialist especially in Edtech or services.
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
- Excellent oral and written communication with interpersonal skills
- User-oriented, patient, and understanding.
- Exposure to the healthcare sector and dealing with healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
