**Qualification: Any Graduate**
**Experience: 2+ Years**
**Location: Alstom - Embassy Prime**
**Responsibilities**:
- Must be able to explain simple procedures in writing or verbally.
- log all help desk interactions
- follow up with employees and associates to ensure complete resolution of issues
- redirect problems to correct resource
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- track and route problems and requests and document resolutions in Helpdesk tracker.
- Requests for meeting arrangements has to be noted down and ensure the arrangements are done on time
- Need to maintain tickets tool and present it in MMR report every month.
- Training room booking need to be taken care and tracker to be maintained for the same
- Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment. Promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
- Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
