As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** in **Ahmedabad** to drive growth in this key market.
**Role Overview**
The **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the HoReCa segment across Ahmedabad. The role requires prior experience in **frozen food HoReCa sales**, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Expand the **HoReCa customer base** by targeting hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional clients in Ahmedabad.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B decision-makers.
- Conduct **product presentations, sampling sessions, and promotional activities** to create demand and brand visibility.
- Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to provide insights to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and share forecasts with management.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).**:
- Strong client network within the HoReCa segment in Ahmedabad.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development.
