**Job Title**:

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for selling **EDC POS Machines** in the assigned field.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through direct field sales.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of merchants.
- Provide training and support to customers regarding the usage of POS machines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year** of field sales experience in **NBFC, Insurance, or Fintech industry**.
- **Qualification**: Must be a **graduate** in any discipline.
- **Mandatory**: Should own a **bike** and possess a **valid driving license**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales performance.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Up to **₹4 LPA** (Annual) - Based on previous salary and experience, a competitive hike will be provided.
- **Petrol Allowance**: ₹5000 per month
- **Mobile Recharge Allowance**: ₹300 per month
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives
- **Additional Benefits**: PF, Mediclaim, and Insurance Coverage
