**Role Overview**:
**As an Operations Executive, you'll oversee the procurement, processing, and quality control of materials and labor for our gifting products. You'll work closely with our design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our clients.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement: Source and procure high-quality materials, including fabrics, decorations, and packaging materials.**
**- Labor Management: Manage labor requirements, including hiring, training, and supervising workers.**
**- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our quality standards and client expectations.**
**- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet client deadlines.**
**- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.**
**- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and optimize storage and logistics.**

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion Design, Business Administration).**
**- Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or a related field.**
**- Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Attention to detail and quality control.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
**- Personal Qualities**:

- Creative and aesthetic sense.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
