**Job Summary**:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sound business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management in developing and implementing financial controls and policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Compliance with statutory requirements and audit standards.
- Effective cash flow and expense management.
- Process improvement and financial control initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
