Job Summary:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing financial controls and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally)
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements and audit standards.
  • Effective cash flow and expense management.
  • Process improvement and financial control initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
