Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient time management for the MD.
- **Team Coordination & Project Assistance**:
- Support the MD in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams across departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of tasks.
- Monitor project timelines, gather updates, and maintain task-tracking systems to support the MD in keeping projects on schedule.
- Handle logistics and preparations for internal and external meetings, including preparation of presentation materials, minutes, and follow-up.
- **Travel & Event Management**:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the MD, including accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Organize corporate events, meetings, and other functions as required, ensuring they are well-executed and in line with company objectives.
- **HR Support**:
- Assist with basic HR duties, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating inter-departmental communications.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and motivated work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to address staff needs, promote a positive culture, and enhance productivity.
- **Administrative Excellence**:
- Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems for company documentation and MD-specific files.
- Monitor and procure office supplies as needed, and ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively bring together resources to support strategic initiatives.
- **Other Ad-Hoc Duties**:
- Undertake special assignments as needed by the MD, including conducting research, preparing reports, or assisting with investor presentations.
- Adapt to evolving priorities within the company’s rapidly growing EV and Battery Manufacturing sectors.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in an HR Generalist role.
- Prior experience in managing duties across departments in fast-paced environments; experience in EV or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel as needed to support the MD and company objectives.
