**Key Responsibilities**:
- **On-Field Promotional Activities**:
- Plan, organize, and execute on-field promotional campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers to generate interest and awareness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities, gathering feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- **Brand Marketing**:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Support the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and giveaways.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency in branding across all promotional materials.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to build and maintain positive brand relationships.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize and manage promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Ensure all events align with the brand’s goals and objectives, creating a memorable experience for attendees.
- Handle logistics, including site selection, permits, setup, and teardown.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collect and analyze data from promotional activities to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and other stakeholders as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in field promotions, brand marketing, or related roles.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
