- Engage with customers and stakeholders to build and maintain positive brand relationships.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize and manage promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Ensure all events align with the brand’s goals and objectives, creating a memorable experience for attendees.
- Handle logistics, including site selection, permits, setup, and teardown.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collect and analyze data from promotional activities to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in field promotions, brand marketing, or related roles.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
